Ms. Kimberly George: KEYNOTE SPEAKER

She is a member of Sedgwick’s executive leadership team and is the company's global head of product development and innovation. Leading Sedgwick’s innovation lab and product strategy, Kimberly is actively working with Sedgwick clients, partners, and operations to enter new markets and oversee growth projects from ideation to execution. Previously she was the senior vice president of corporate development and mergers and acquisitions, senior healthcare advisor, and was responsible for Sedgwick's managed care business, medical networks, and care management solutions. Over the course of her career, Kimberly has become a true thought leader on issues related to claims management, healthcare and value-based programs, employee benefits, and business strategy. She is co-host of the insurance educational series, Out Front Ideas (outfrontideas.com) and founding board member and president of the Alliance of Women in Workers' Compensation. Kimberly is a board member of the Workers' Compensation Research Institute and member of the Institute's disability management board. Kimberly began her career as a registered nurse prior to moving into insurance and case management.
